Singapore AI Safety Research Symposium 2026

A research-focused event convening AI safety researchers, policymakers and developers from Singapore and abroad

3 December 2026 · Singapore

About the Symposium

In September 2026, the Singapore AI Safety Hub (SASH) launched its inaugural AI Safety Fellowship. Over three months, 18 fellows from diverse backgrounds and countries have worked with mentors on AI safety research projects.

The Symposium marks the culmination of the Fellowship. It brings together frontier AI safety researchers, policymakers, AI developers and emerging researchers for a day of talks, research showcases, posters, and networking.

Our event aims to connect international researchers and institutions with the wider research and policy community in Singapore, bridging between ecosystems.

The Symposium is organised by SASH, with thanks to Lorong AI for hosting us and supporting the event.
